m15 R7, always extremely hot, overheating!

It's so hot that you can't use the laptop keyboard. I also can't put it on my lap because it literally burns me. I have to put it on some type of table surface because if it's on cloth, I can smell the fibers burning because the laptop is so hot and this is even playing older games that don't have good graphics.

I just don't get it. Brand new computer. I really expected better from Alienware. I've never spent this much on a laptop before but somehow it's had the most problems. I should note that I even sent the laptop back and they replaced the battery and cooling system. Still having the same problems. At this point they won't let me "return" or "refund" and I doubt they will upgrade me or give me any type of credit for a different version. I'm not sure what to do. I'll see what they do with my newest ticket for overheating.
