m15 R6, turns on but the screen is black
The m15 R6 turns on, ventilates, the led stays on but the screen does not turn on. The button led is in sequence: 2 times red and 4 times blue. What do I do?

2,4 is a memory error according to the service manual. Power off, disconnect the battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall both memory modules and see if the system will then power up. If it still won't, try one module at a time in each socket until you isolate the bad module (will fail in both sockets) or the bad socket (both modules fail in just one of the sockets). Then replace the bad module or the system board.

Alienware m15 R6 Service Manual says that a 2,4 pattern indicates a "Memory or RAM (Random-Access Memory) failure".
Use a soft pencil eraser to clean all the contacts on the RAM stick.
Moisten a microfibre cloth with 99% isopropyl alcohol and use a credit card to slip the damp cloth into the RAM slot to clean its contacts.
After everything is dry, insert one RAM stick firmly at a 30° to 45° angle, ensuring that it seats fully in the slot.
Connect the AC adapter.
Try to boot into BIOS to see if the RAM is recognized.

The goal is to narrow down if the problem is one RAM stick, one RAM slot, or something more.
Whenever touching components or working inside a computer, wear a grounded wrist strap, also called anti-static wrist strap, ESD wrist strap, or ground bracelet. It's a cheap and sensible precaution. Rest the laptop on an anti-static mat or at least a reasonable alternative such as corrugated cardboard.

when we turned it on last time this error appeared:
"your device ran into a problem and needs to restart"
but we didn't know it was going to download something, so we turned the notebook off and on again, then now it's like this, without even showing the "alienware" screen

I did everything you said, but the notebook continues with the LEDs in sequence 2 and 4 and the screen does not turn on, nor does anything appear.

Did you do all four tests as I described, one stick at a time? (stick 1 in slot A, stick 1 in slot B, stick 2 in slot A, stick 2 in slot B)
If you performed all four tests and continue to see only the LED 2.4 sequence, then that may indicate a more serious motherboard failure.
To be sure, if you are able, you could get some RAM that you know to be good and test it in your laptop. You could also test your RAM in another laptop.
