m15 R6, LCD and battery issues

I bought an Alienware m15 R6 in February 2022. It was working fine I had no issues for 2 years. But once the warranty period is over February 13, 2024, I started experiencing screen retention issues and the display blacked out and I had to change the display in September 2024. And exactly one year later now I am facing battery issues and now I have to replace my battery. Each service is costing me 6000 - 7000. I don't want a laptop which I purchased for 1.5L to cause me problems so often. Is Alienware products always this cheap in quality? Can Dell intentionally make the parts to fail using software? I am having this doubt because I was using the laptop without replacing the battery for 2 months and now the system has forced a BIOS update and every time I start the system it says BIOS update failed, replace battery. It's not allowing me to update the BIOS. Same thing happened during the display issue. I was not planning for display replacement and I continued using it for 2-3 months and one day the display was blacked out. I feel like Dell is using the software to force me for the parts change and each service is costing a lot. Very bad experience.

The battery is a normal wear item - and the system is approaching four years old, so it's not unexpected to need a replacement.

No, the screen should not have failed so  early, but it can happen.  It's the reason you should never buy a new system (particularly a gaming system) without a 3-4 year warranty up front.
