m15 R4, weird noise from fans

Fans making weird noise and it shows is not booted correctly screen. Recommend to have volume up. It did this once or twice before but a easy restart fixed the issue but this time I moved the laptop cause I was cleaning my desk and when I put it back this happened. Do I get new fans or clean it?

after a long time it sometimes goes away sometimes I have to restart if it doesnt happen.
