Opening this thread back up because Dell has NOT resolved this issue: @Nerlands reported this issue in 2022, but DELL conveniently closed it. The workaround (https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/alienware/m15-r4-keyboard-not-responding/647f9d9ff4ccf8a8de1ff6a5) is a temporary solution, but we all paid over a grand for these bricks and need a FIX!!! 

DELL - WHAT IS THE FIX?!?!?! BIOS updated followed all your stupid suggestions and they didn't fix the problem. NOW WHAT?!?!
