m15 R3, problem with AWCC, no overclocking

Guys, please help me. I reinstalled Windows 11 on a new drive and installed all the drivers and Dell applications. When I installed the AWCC (Alienware Command Center), I couldn’t control the overclocking feature. It says I need to disable core isolation and the virtual machine. I disabled them and restarted the laptop, but the overclocking controls are still unavailable. What should I do?

Per the m15 R3 Drivers & Downloads page, did you install AWCC 5.x Full Installer, 5.9.2.0? Did you install all of the Chipset drivers?

@DELL-Chris M I also installed the driver for the graphics card. But I couldn't find any drivers for the processor.

Start by installing the Intel Chipset Device Software. Reboot when done. Then open the Device Manager and see if it has any unknown devices.

@DELL-Chris M Well, in the task manager it shows: processor, nvidia video card, wifi module, storage devices, RAM just says 16 GB

Task Manager will not show any unknown items that may need a driver. That is why I said Device Manager.

@DELL-Chris M In the device manager all chipsets are defined. Even in system devices. does not show that the driver is not installed

@RogeSmith I haven't done a full reinstallation of AWCC yet. What OC Control are you talking about? I haven't been there for the BIOS yet. I'll try to do a full reinstallation. And I can only do control for the video card, but there is no control for the processor and RAM in AWCC

I did a complete uninstall on the advice from the Dell website. and installed it, it did not help to restore control of the processor and RAM and video card.

Guys, what’s the problem? I have an Alienware m15 R3 laptop. I reinstalled the Alienware Command Center application as recommended on Dell’s website, but it didn’t help me restore control over the CPU, RAM, and GPU. The application requires disabling Core Isolation, Memory Integrity, and the Virtual Machine Platform. I have disabled them, but it still didn’t help. What should I do then?

Perhaps uninstall AWCC 5.x Full Installer 5.9.2.0, reboot. Then install the older AWCC versions 5.8.2.0, reboot and retest. If still no go, uninstall 5.8.2.0, reboot. Install 5.7.3.0 and retest.

@DELL- ChrisM2 reinstalling to an earlier version of the program did not help. Any other ideas what the problem might be? I installed Windows through the Dell Recovery Tool program. And for some reason, a clean Windows was installed for me without any pre-installed Dell programs. And I chose the one that has the automated support Assist and then I installed Windows according to the instructions. And I reinstalled several times to make sure it wasn't a mistake that a clean Windows was installed. And I uninstalled as indicated on the Dell website and installed the Alienware Command Center program. And my device manager doesn't display any chipsets or anything else that requires drivers, all installed. But why can I control the overclocker on the video card but I can't on the RAM and processor. Even though I installed everything I need from the Dell website for my laptop.
