M15 R3, games won't launch and run in background

Greetings,

As stated in the title most video games executables or other applications won't launch when I open them (with or without administrator access) and run in background, if I try to open multiple times and check the task manager I notice they will continuously be added as processes. And after few second the app closes automatically from the process,

I tried the same game file

(Example: Watch dogs Legion, L.A Noire)

 I install on my brother's Lenovo Laptop it worked smoothly without any issue

This started happening since the day 1 and I even reinstalled windows neatly still it's the same issue. Some applications still open if I open as administrator, like League of Legends, Valorant & Pubg and others normally.

I use Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 26100), latest update; Geforce RTX 2060; and all drivers are supposedly updated.
