m15 R2, RTX 2070 GPU clock stuck at 300 MHz
Hello, I have an alienware m15 R2. Lately I have this issue that my GPU clock is stuck at 300 MHz. The BIOS is up to date, the drivers are up to date. I reinstalled windows multiple times. I just want to know what is the cause of this?
