m15 R1, fans gradually slow down after choosing performance mode

when choosing performance mode in awcc then waiting for a minute fans slow down gradually until they are almost silent and the system throttles! i found out about this after weeks of throttling, once i change the fan mode from performance to gradual and back to performance the fan spins really fast but also becomes slow again after a minute, using the balanced mode also makes fans fast at the beginning but then after a minute it slows down as well
what should i do about this?
alienware m15 R1 RTX 2060 core i7-8750H 16gb RAM latest bios and drivers, latest awcc 5.x version (5.9.2.0)
