m15 R1, AWCC causes WMI service to constantly use 25% CPU

No matter what i do, WMI provider host service uses 25% CPU all the time if i have alienware command center installed. i have tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling. i have also tried older versions but nothing works. once i install it the WMI service starts using a quarter of my cpu and my laptop fans are never quiet on idle mode. this also uses too much battery for nothing. is there any solution or is dell going to fix this problem? it's been there for a very long time. if it's not fixable, then at least is there a way to control my rgb without awcc? Windows 11, RTX 2060 6GB, Intel core i7-8750H, 16GB RAM, out of warranty in 2020.
