M14x R2, support site for service tag is missing
I recently reinstalled windows on my alienware m14x r2 and went to get the specific drivers per the service tag, but the service tag for my device only brings me to an error message saying that the tag is invalid. not even 3 months ago it was working just fine.
No Events found!

but I realise that the 43 drivers listed may not be specific to your service tag.

I have noticed this happening to a few other people and it's also happened to me on a few older systems. I'm wondering if Dell are removing older system Service Tags for some reason.

@mattyb3 i'm wondering if it's something to do with them reworking the drivers and downloads experience as a whole, and some things just got misplaced or disconnected.
i did manage to find the drivers i needed that i'd downloaded onto a usb drive a while ago so i'm not overly fussed about it at the moment, but i hope it does get resolved at some point, or at least addressed in some way. even a "we're not keeping these downloads up as the operating system they're compatible with is no longer supported" kinda thing, but i hope it doesn't come to that.
