Keyboard Lighting not Working
My Alienware command center will no longer let me change the RGB color of my keyboard. I can still change my power button and the lights on the back but, the keyboard lighting option isn't working. It is greyed out and wont allow me to click on it. I have uninstalled the command center and reinstalled it and it still didn't fix the problem.

Dell needs to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Dell PC Service Tag with them.
