BF 6 Power usage bottle neck

Im running a m18R2 4080 14900hx and since the release sometimes im not using all the power this laptop has. I remember being able to play the beta and it didnt seem to have a issue. Ever other game seems fine. 

Im always watching usage while playing and i go from getting 150ish on the gpu and 100ish on cpu to 120/ 100. Its like the machine/game cant push out the wattage. On my desktop i havent seen a game pull this much power. my 14700k 4070tisuper pulls like 640ish watts. I have also seen GPU power drop on that machine as well. 

Im not sure if anything can be done on the machine side. It doesnt seem like EA is too keen on fixing anything if they dont have to
