AW610M, AWCC not working, ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401
I removed and reinstalled everything 6 times already: app, components, appdata, programdata, regedit, full wipe.
When I download AWCC's NEWEST downloadable version it already says after installing that an update is available, which then always fails because it got interrupted (?) I can't do anything with this problem, and this must be it, before the "update" came up everything worked correctly.
Wanted to include the install log, but clicking on "Updates available" in AWCC doesnt even do anything now.
Thanks in advance,
Levi

Then as a workaround until they release a newer version for you to test, uninstall AWCC 5.5.9.0, restart when done. Install AWCC 5.5.8.0. If AWCC 5.5.8.0 works, then I would stay on that working version.

My recent install log files are located: C:\ProgramData\Dell\UpdatePackage\Log maybe you can trace back your log files.
Suggestions:
For "update available" once the AWCC 5.5.9 is installed and you still get the message re-start the 5.5.9 installer and use " add package" option... that resolved the problem on my installation. If not, you can always use the repair option.
One important thing I do with installers is I run them with *Run as administrator" option right click menu.
I would also login your Microsoft store and use update button. Dell seems to rely a lot on the store.
For the mouse AW610M I have one and never had a problem with AWCC. (knock on wood as the old saying goes)
Make sure you have all the recommended drivers.
Please use the USB cable if your not doing so you can always use the dongle later, don't forget the power button > ON
Just tried my wireless dongle and my mouse shows up in AWCC very fast.

Add packages, repair no result. Microsoft store says it's updated. AWCC doesnt even let me click on the "FX" tab. All drivers installed, removed, installed.
Last few lines of the Install log:

sereghy,
Our users need more data from you =
* What operating system is running?
* Have you tested the AW610M on all of the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401 USB-A ports?
* Have you asked other ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401 users on their Forum to see if our AWCC works on ASUS?

I run Windows 11, all USB-A ports are okay. Everything worked well, until the latest AWCC update.

I hate myself for not trying this but everything else. It works properly on this version, thank you!
