Area-51m R2, keyboard color and macros gone

I purchased my Alienware Area-51m R2 and enjoyed setting custom macros and keyboard colors and lighting for my games. Recently, I went to change the keyboard lighting and to my surprise, the options are gone! I have tried rolling back the drives to a previous version, doing a complete AWCC (Alienware Command Center) uninstall and re-install but I cannot get it back. I am able to change the color of the tron, back cover and rear vent colors but the keyboard colors are stuck on an old color that I cannot change. I can change some things but not all.

To recap:

• Keyboard macros and colors are gone
• Keyboard is on but on an old color that I cannot turn off or change
• Was working previously but recently stopped
• Reinstalled Alienware Command Center but did not regain keyboard functionality

What can I do to fix this?
