Area-51m R1, heatsink upgrade

Hello everyone, 

I recently got this laptop with a i7-8700 and RTX 2070 and i’m planning to upgrade the CPU to a i9 9900K soon. Maybe also the GPU. I did some research online and heard that this model could come with 2 different types of heatsinks, one of them comes with more heatpipes. Is it possible to upgrade it? If yes, does the RTX 2070 and RTX 2080 use the same mounting position? I checked those DGFF cards and the layout of the components are exactly the same so i don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Same thing for mounting holes.
