The checksum verified - ok.
The same error with previous version of BIOS.
I have managed to update from USB.

Dell posts BIOS version updates, and these should only be installed if they provide a feature that you or one of your programs require. Alienware Area-51m System BIOS | Driver Details | Dell US
Failure to install the BIOS v.1.22.2 update might be because your existing BIOS version is not fully installed. Please install your existing BIOS version again. Make sure to follow the very specific BIOS Installation instructions so that laptop is not bricked. Having downloaded BIOS file onto laptop, please verify the checksum value to ensure the integrity of your download before installation. The MD5 & SHA Checksum Utility or similar utility can be used.
