Area-51m R1, AWCC, no GPU controls

On my laptop, the functionality is not working properly. Specifically, for the GPU, I am unable to control the thermal limit and cannot limit the power to the GPU. Although I can adjust the frequencies for both the memory and the core, I also cannot set the power limit or the temperature at which the GPU will begin to throttle (reduce frequencies). On the CPU, however, I am able to perform overclocking without any issues. I have Windows 10 Home installed, and all the drivers that I downloaded from the Dell website are present.
