Area-51m, blacklight - DIM problem

Dear Dell or Anyone,
I am reaching out to seek professional assistance regarding an issue with my laptop screen.
The screen appears to be extremely dim, and I can barely see anything even under a bright light. It seems that the backlight might not be functioning correctly.
Here are the details of the troubleshooting steps I have already performed:
- All software, including drivers and the operating system, is up-to-date.
- When connected to an external monitor, the display on external monitor works perfectly.
- I have conducted self-checks and diagnostics (including an LCD test), and everything appears to be fine.
- The LCD screen has been replaced previously but not solved the question (cabels too).
- I have tried removing the memory (RAM), battery and reinstalling it (or without or with), but it didn’t resolve the issue.
Given these findings, I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps to resolve this problem.
I have seen the dell instruction but till noone couldnt give normal answer - DIM is on 100% and scale is working.
