Alienware x17 R2 problem with gpu

My 3080 ti gpu decided to limit temperature to 87 celcius and now almost ever game i play, I experience constant stutters. I also can't use mux switch for nvidia gpu only/discrete graphics mode because the screen freezes. I can only disable optimus in the BIOS settings. This all started a few months ago so I decided to roll back my Nvidia driver (546.17) and BIOS version ( 1.28.0 to 1.19.0 ). None of that worked so now the only option left for me (I think) is to roll back to windows 11 23h2 since if i can recall, the issuses might've started when windows forced me to update to 24h2. I rlly need help because this 2000$ has caused nothing but problems for me plus I can't rlly return it anymore.
