Alienware pro Headset werid noise

This problem only occurs in wireless mode (2.4Ghz, Bluetooth)

When the sound playing in the headset goes into an “idle” mode (not very loud, maybe 10/100, and just a simple background humming), the headset make this sound into a crackling, staccato sound it's so terriable.

I have used 920h, so i do not think it's normal situation, but i have no idea how to solve this.
