You can either call Dell to see about the part you need or try something like EBay -- the usual seller (parts-people.com) doesn't show any available.
Brace yourself, as these run between $1,000 and $2,000 depending on the CPU and GPU aboard.
You may also want to try parts-people.com to see if they can repair whatever the fault is at lower cost than a board replacement.
