alienware command center 6.13.8 (misses keyboard tab in FX menu) m18r2

So my brief issue u can see in the title. For the time being i've also updated the most recent BIOS 16 april 2026.
But this issue occurred on earlier versions. I did try all recomendations from dell with uninstalling/ clearing cashes and win registry. The only thing that did actually done an effect - a complete reinstallation of windows 11, but still managed to hold it for few weeks and then again same issue returned.
Good to know - i've upgraded my keyboard with cherry mx, but the issue was also on keyboard from factory. And that time the only option to resolve it was windows reinstallation. But still I suppose the different keyboard might also be an issue cause of differences in service tag and actual hardware -> collision of driver versions the support assist suggests me.
Please heaaaaalp, I want to customise keyboard with this app but don't want reinstall windows every 2-3 months or using UX unfriendly opensource apps.
