Alienware AW510k keyboard keys not working

Same issue here, seems to be after the pc goes to sleep.  

I'm having the same exact issue. I've only had mine for a 6 days and the keys just stopped working. Sound control still works though. Any luck on getting the keys to work again?

I am having the same issue. After 7 days of normal use the keys no longer work. The volume scroller works, the computer detects the keyboard fine, the keyboard is lit up. But none of the keys do anything. 

Different USB ports or computers change nothing. 

This seems like this malfunction is relatively common with the keyboard. What awful quality control for such an expensive keyboard.

Same issue after 4 months normal use. RGB lights are on and can be customized in Alienware Command Centre. Volume scroll works but no key work. Tried to reset in the ACC but no luck. Contacted Dell support staff but no response. Very disappointed. Will never buy Dell accessories anymore.

Same here but mine has 4 years of use and just happens this today. Scroll/sound works but no other keys does

Have same problem mine is new right out of the box. Called support and no help . Going return
