3rd brand new replacement laptop with 2 repairs made already and still having issues.

ok so heres my story, i got this laptop X17R2 as a gift for my birthday from my wife. out of the box, it was thermal throttling and overheating. long story short i go through a series of issues and techs being sent out and have had this laptop model replaced 3 times with brand new built laptops of the same specs which are the i9-12900hk, 3080ti, 4k screen, MX cherry keyboard, 32GB RAM, and 1 TB SSD. top of the line at the time. this particular new laptop had the same issues but on a different core each time it was replaced. so this new replacement has had 2 new heatsinks installed and it still hits 105-110 doing very basic tasks in balanced mode and i can barely game with it. it freezes etc. so my question is, after having three brand new replacement laptops with the same specs and same model, multiple repairs on the laptops that were replaced and repairs made to this one, what are my options. i believe i should be eligible for a replacement that is not this model due to it having so many heat issues going on. i have the tech support team working on it now but i wanted to reach out to the community and figure out my options and what i should do. this 4,500 dollar laptop has turned into a school and work laptop instead of a gaming laptop like it was supposed to be. they want me to send it in for a week but school doesn't just stop for a week for my laptop needs. so that isn't an option. everything is current, bios included. i've factory reset it over 10 times using cloud install for windows 11 and local. nothing ever changes. i've been a technician for over 10 years and i know this is not right. but dell is giving me the run around so far. i'm hoping this new case worker will pull through with some type of resolution without it going up to the highest tier dell employees because my time is valuable and i know theirs is also. i just want to be happy and play my games without lagging or the games shutting off on me.
