18 Area-51 AA18250, turned on IOMMU but still meet Riot Vanguard error

Hi I have been to this error for almost a week the vanguard told me to enabled the IOMMU in BIOS and I did every step that should do like the ss show but after that the error still there I will put all the ss I have here so maybe someone can help me to solve this problem.
