18 Area-51 AA18250, PCIe Upstream Switch Port Code 10

Hello, I'm Using Alienware 18 Area-51 AA18250 Laptop. When I connected my thunderbolt 4 eGPU to my thunderbolt 5 port, the device just kept connecting and disconnecting on the device manager window, then finally it got completely disconnected and an error code 10 appeared on my PCIe Upstream Switch Port device. However, thunderbolt 5 is said to be compatible with thunderbolt 4 devices. And the eGPU worked smoothly with my previous Alienware x16 R2 laptop with thunderbolt 4 ports. I consulted a Dell technical support agent, but his solutions didn't solve my problem. And finally he is fed up with my queries and asked me to turn to my eGPU vendor. However, the eGPU vendor said that I need to ask dell to update my thunderbolt chip microcode, and the early version of thunderbolt 5 chips has critical defects. Now what can I do to fix this problem? I really want to get my eGPU working.
