17 R5, Command Center changes mouse settings

<Moving thread to the Alienware Laptops board. DELL-Admin>

While I'm playing a game called Armored Warfare, the command center changes my Alienware mouse settings, so that I have to exit the game and "restore factory defaults." Usually the mouse cursor gets really slow, but occasionally gets hyper sensitive. How do I get command center to leave my mouse settings alone?

Dell Support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private PC Service Tag with them.

Before our users can assist, provide this data =
* What specific PC model?
* What operating system is installed?

* What version of AWCC (Alienware Command Center) is installed?

@DELL-Chris M

Alienware 17 R5, Windows 11, Command Center version 5.9.2.0

The warranty ran out years ago. Just before the command center started messing with my mouse. I thought this was a forum to ask other users if they knew what was causing this, and how to fix it.

The 2018 17 R5 was never given any Windows 11 support by Dell.

Did the older AWCC 5.8.2.0 and AWCC 5.7.3.0 have this same mouse issue? If not, consider uninstalling 5.9.2.0 and use an older version.
