17 R4, unknown device
Hi, i have a Alienware R4 17 with an unknown device
(hw ID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A131&SUBSYS_07761028&REV_31).
What driver can i install to solve the problem? I have already tried the Intel Thermal Platform driver without success.

Hi @Arak39 welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Please connect Alienware 17 R4 to the internet, then visit Device Manager and delete unknown device, followed by Restart (not Shut Down). During Restart a new driver will be installed from the internet. If no new driver installed, the unknown device driver is not required.
