Here's the answer for anyone else who might be looking (From Sangeeta a VERY helpful NVidia Live Assistant) ...
GTX1060 OC 6GB
7,680x4,320 @ 60Hz
2,560x1,440 @ 165Hz
1,920x1,080 @ 240Hz

That's awesome, that's exactly the information I was after...thank you so much!
Just to clarify, a 32" monitor with 2560x1440 at either 165Hz or 144Hz will work?

@cks395 Those are the capabilities of the GPU. That is not necessarily the capability of any particular port on the system the GPU is installed into. If you look at the "Ports and connectors" section of Dell's own Setup and Specifications document for that system here, you will find that the mDP port supports DisplayPort 1.2. That is enough for 1080p 240 Hz and 1440p 165 Hz, but it will only do 4K 60 Hz, not 8K 60 Hz as you posted. 8K 60 Hz requires 4x more bandwidth than 4K 60 Hz, which is WAY beyond what DP 1.2 can handle. And DP 1.2 doesn't support DisplayPort DSC (Display Stream Compression).

@cks395 Happy to help. If that 32" display has a DisplayPort input, then yes I would expect that to work. All you'd need is a Mini-DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable. Note that if you use a typical passive MiniDP to HDMI cable, the port capabilities will likely change. The fact that a DisplayPort output can achieve certain setups does NOT mean it can achieve those setups when running in native HDMI signaling mode.
