17 R3, normal temps?

I am curious to know, as a owner of the laptop with specs in link below, I would like to know what are the expected or safe max temps of GPU and CPU while gaming? Or how will I know if thermal paste needs replacement? I need to know what particular normal values of temps are while gaming. The specs are in my other thread.
