17 R3, every single game crashes
Alienware 17 R3
hey yall, so basically i got my alienware 17 r3 2 years ago. it worked all good. but since 2 or 3 months i been noticing while i am playing counter strike 2, the game suddenly crashes with no error. please if anyone have faced the same error and fixed please tell me so i can enjoy my laptop?

Has the system had an internal cleaning and replacement of the thermal pads/compound that connect the heatsinks to the CPU/GPU? If not, that's overdue.

This 17 R3 originally shipped from Dell 8 years/3 months/19 days ago on July 27, 2016.
So ejn63 is on the correct path of troubleshooting. The thermal pads could be dry by now.
