17 R1, keyboard and Touchpad stopped working?

Hey I'm kind of late to the party but I'm having this problem. I have to restart my computer everytime the mouse and keyboard stops working. Right now I'm doing a systems restore hoping to fix it. Has anyone found a solution? I don't have the x model, I just have the Alienware 17 R1. I don't know if that makes a difference, but I can't find the drivers in the x17 R1 screenshot. Also, does the screen also freeze? Or is it just the keyboard and touchpad?
