16X Aurora AC16251, new Intel Tuning driver results in lower RTX 5070 power limit
Since installing the new Intel Dynamic Tuning driver from the official driver download page from Dell. The power limit of my RTX 5070 (Mobile) seems to be limited around 70-75W where it should be at 115W. 3DMark Benchmark scores are much lower and frame rate in games much lower than expected.
But the only positive effect this driver has it's resulted in much lower CPU idle temperature.
Results before installing the new driver NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 (notebook) video card benchmark result - Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor 275HX,Alienware 0TKKNM

Using the official latest Nvidia driver 576.88

That's almost a 20% drop in performance!
Were you having any major temp or performance issues before the update? It's possible that an Nvidia update in the future will sort out the issue but you may want to revert back if the system was running fine before.

Confused.
Why use our OEM Intel Dynamic Tuning driver with the retail Nvidia 576.88 driver? Dell only test using our OEM Nvidia driver.
Test our OEM Intel Dynamic Tuning driver with the OEM Nvidia 32.0.15.7324 driver. Both listed on the 16X Aurora AC16251 Drivers & Downloads page.

@DELL-Chris M it seems to have fixed itself after reinstalling Windows. Also, I’m using the official Nvidia drivers as they are more up-to date compared to the ones that Dell uploads to their driver page
