16 Aurora AC16250, Service Tag is not recognized

Hello,

With whom do I speak if I am receiving the following error, even if I autodetect the laptop?

"There is no match for that Service Tag or product ID. Please try again, auto-detect or choose from all products"

This Alienware laptop was built about a month ago.

@ejn63​ Thanks.  I'll contact Dell during business hours tomorrow. After a few phone conversations today, I was put in touch with Customer Care. They had the Tag Team update my data. That resolved the problem. A little unnerving when you get a machine that's not entirely "on the books" as so much hinges off of service tag / express code, but we got through it.

If the system was purchased from Dell, call Dell support.  If it was purchased anywhere else, contact the seller for an explanation.
