16 Aurora AC16250, randomly restarting, struck in the boot logo

while randomly restarting or after updating the drivers the laptop struck in the boot logo. there is many issues in my windows like there is error continuously popping up. And about this issue started a long time before in a random day when i tried to login my laptop. but by laptop suggest me to reinstall windows. i reinstalled it. later that day the laptop asked me to update the bios drivers after downloading while restarting the laptop struck in the alienware logo. i contacted the technical support and they suggest me to remove the battery but i dont have adequate tools so i left it so the charge drained out and the laptop began to function normally. after that on random days this error occurs and it is annoying because it takes atleast 4 hours to drain the battery. i used to go to several hackathon and what if this problem happens in the middle of the hackathon? so if dell sees this post take action i need proper support.
