16 Aurora AC16250, loads of memory being used without doing much, not found on Dell support system

I have bought a new Alienware 16 Aurora AC16250 and I have barely used it since bought it a couple of months ago. I notice that the memory usage is quite high without even doing much see screenshot attached(just using browser requires a lot of RAM, but also a lot of other apps running as you can and it goes on and on but didnt want to take more screenshots. Is this normal or not?

Also I tried to find my laptop's service tag on the dell support but it couldnt find AC16250, it only finds the next model i.e. AC16251.

Very disappointed with everything honestly as the brand new laptop sometimes lags even at browsing online.

Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.
