16 Aurora AC16250, literally vanished from existance
I am using a Alienware 16 Aurora AC16250 and right now there is no access for me to download drivers for it. My computer is not on the drivers list. I tried to contact support but i can't do that because my product is not recognized by system anymore. I will not be choosing Dell again. I demand support.

Unfortunately this is a desktop. I own a laptop.

The entire 16 Aurora AC16250 laptop support page is currently down. They are aware and working it. All we can do is keep checking the website. You can see HERE that it is missing =
