Title: audio buzzing and lag and high DPC latency issue on Windows (Device Originally Ubuntu)

Hello Dell Community,

I am experiencing a persistent audio buzzing and latency issue on my Dell laptop, and I would really appreciate your help. My device originally shipped with Ubuntu, but I installed Windows 11 and later tried Windows 10 as well.

The issue occurs in multiple scenarios:

• While playing videos
• When plugging/unplugging the charger
• During sleep and wake transitions

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

• Clean installation of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Updating drivers via Windows Update and official tools
• Testing different power modes (Balanced, High Performance)
• Using LatencyMon → shows high latency related to ACPI.sys and graphics drivers
• Disabling Intel GPU (issue reduced but not fully resolved)
• Testing on Ubuntu → the issue does not occur
• lag on pc 

Based on my testing, I suspect this is related to:

• ACPI / Power Management
• GPU switching (Intel + NVIDIA)
• Driver compatibility with Windows

Could you please advise:

1. Are there any official or compatible Windows drivers for this model?
2. Is there a BIOS update or firmware fix for this issue?
3. Any recommended settings to eliminate DPC latency and audio noise?
