15 R3 BIOS, power management tab missing

Recently, the power button for my Alienware 15 R3 is not working. So instead of repairing it I was thinking of using automatic power on when plugged in. The Power Management options are available in BIOS of other Dell laptop, but not in Alienware laptop. Can anyone help me with this?
