14 R1, keyboard Windowskey locked when pressed shows '4'

When I use an external keyboard i can make te laptop keyboard work only if I press the 'numlock' key. It looks like the laptop keyboard also thinks it has a numlock but it does not. I assume that the wrong driver is used, but I am not able to deleted the driver and replace it with the correct one.
