X51 R3, missing AWCC, thermals etc.

Hello, I had to reset windows, my PC was in a loop that would not stop, even shutting down did not help. What happened was a Windows update would not finish loading it stopped, then went to a failed to update page with the option to fix etc.   I tried them all, but it always came back to the options page. I have reloaded most of my apps, but I am missing the Alienware command center with the Thermals, lighting etc.  I did look online but only found a command center that is for your games. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
