Hello, I want to know where can I buy this power supply?
If don't, (This model is almost out of stock, I guess.) Which model is simillar one?

If you prefer Dell OEM, here are compatible replacement power supply from Dell

https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-460w-advanced-technology-extended-power-supply/apd/cpx-g5cxn/computer-chassis-components
Otherwise, you can source standard ATX power supply with the same fitment (140mm) and it should work.
