Noisy aurora

Hi, my Alienware Aurora 1250 has started to make a buzz/hum noise from somewhere in the case.

Remote Tech support have been helpful but we’re not really anywhere near diagnosing cause and sorting the issue.

On site tech support hasn’t been very good.

I’ve had notifications less than 24 hours, eg 6pm for the following day which turned out to be a no show.

I’ve had one call out which was a simple no show.  I contacted them at the last moment on the day to confirm they were still coming and received an apology.

The next did attend and didn’t diagnose or fix the problem (couldn’t hear the noise but others present could). Replacing psu made it louder.

Now we are at the stage where I can have it returned but while im confident they’ll try their best, I don’t think they’ll fix it.

I’d like a replacement as it’s too new to have issues that are cause unknown and therefore you cant estimate how long to fix it.
