New AAT2250 with AWCC - Can't change colours on Desktop

Hi, I've a new desktop AAT2250.  I can change colours on AW Screen, mouse and KB, but no option to change on the desktop.  I can see temperature and fan details but not colour settings. AWCC removed and re-installed.  BIOS is up to date.

Contacted tech support they have booked a service call tor replace the daughterboard.

Anyone seen similar, just surprised it needs a board its a new system out the box.
