My New ALienware Headphones dont work correctly

I bought an alienware headset 2 days ago. The Wireless works correctly. The only thing that happens is that the cable does not work well. Look, I have 2 AUX for 2 things for the headphones. One its from the Microphone and the other  one for the sound, The problem is that I do not know in which the cable is connected. If I connect it to the microphone, it only works and if I connect it to the audio only the audio works, Please help.
