How is the option to disable DSC still not there.
Features like DSR/DLDSR do not work at all with it on and other brands have an option for this? Monitors like AW3225QF are so expensive but are lacking basic features

My guess would be because DSC is required in order to reach the high refresh rate of this monitor. With the toggle the monitor would basically not be able to operate within specs when toggled off.
What I would really like to know is why Nvidia cannot make DSR/DLDSR work with DSC on.
