Has anyone purchased the $39 diagnostic service from Dell?

Hi, 

This may seem an odd question, but I have an R16 which I need to ship overseas. I’ve browsed the web trying to find a sturdy box to ship my PC in, but I can’t find one big enough and most Pc shipping boxes cost $60+. 

I noticed the diagnostic service includes a box they’ll ship to you and it’s only $39 and I’m guessing it’ll be the exact size for my R16. My question is for those who have purchased this service before. Is the box sturdy enough? Does it include packaging to protect the Pc?
