Disappointed in my New Alienware

I have a new system with AMD 7 9800x3d 64gb ram and 5090. Was excited until it start crashing a few months after purchase. Now I have been working with Dell for over 2 weeks.  System still failing after motherboard replacement. Won’t POST with 2 DIMMs, only 1. Issue ongoing 2+ weeks with no resolution. The answer i got today? Give us logs again and wait 2 biz days for a response (It is friday).

What are logs going to tell them different than the tech who came out or the previous set.

I have bought several Dells - super disappointed i have a very expense machine and support is very slow.
