Dell Display Manager - Download Failing

Started having this weird issue with DDM recently. Out of nowhere DDM isn't able to find/download updates. It gives me an error that says "Download Failed - Unable to download because of network errors". I know Im already running the latest versions of DDM and the firmware for my Alienware monitor but how is it that it randomly can't find updates?

r/Dell - Dell Display manager 2
  • I checked Windows firewall rules and saw DDM was set to Allow

  • Checked my router and didn't see it was blocking traffic for DDM (or my computer)

  • Reinstalled DDM v2.3.1.14

  • Saved a diagnostic report
    • An entry stating "error: The requested address is not valid in its context. (www.delldisplaymanagerwindows.com:443)" was found in the diag file
    • An entry stating "error: The requested address is not valid in its context. [::ffff:13.35.77.63]:443 (www.delldisplaymanagerwindows.com:443)" 

Am I missing something? Seems like that link DDM is trying to reach either doesn't exist or Dell forgot to update that link to whatever their current link is on their latest DDM update.

To receive assistance from Dell support agents they need to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Alienware monitor Service Tag with them.

Uninstall DDM 2.3.1.14. When done restart the PC. Install DDM 2.3.0.22. When done restart the PC. Retest. Do not allow DDM to update to 2.3.1.14.

* What specific PC model?
* What operating system?
